Let's Plan Your Event

Whether you’re planning a luxury brand activation, beauty event, corporate gathering, wedding, gala, or something completely unique, I’d love to hear about it.

Use the form below to tell me a little about your project. You don’t need to have every detail figured out yet. The more I understand about your event, your guests, and what you’d like the experience to achieve, the better I can help you find the right approach.

What to Include in Your Inquiry

A few details will help me understand your project and respond with useful recommendations:

Tell me about the event.

Include the date, location, venue, type of event, approximate number of guests, and event timing.

Tell me what you're envisioning.

Are you imagining quick fashion sketches for many guests, more detailed portraits for a VIP experience, illustrations created from photographs, or something completely different?

Tell me about your goals.

For brand and corporate events, it can be helpful to share what you want the illustration experience to add to the event. For private celebrations, tell me what makes the occasion special.

Share any special requirements.

Let me know about branding, products you'd like illustrated, custom materials, calligraphy, unusual surfaces, venue requirements, or anything else I should consider.

If you have a budget in mind, share it.

This helps me understand the scope of the project and recommend an approach that makes sense for your event.

Don't worry if you're still working out the details. We can figure out the creative direction together.

From Inquiry to Event Day

Once you submit your inquiry, here’s what you can expect.

1

I'll Review Your Project

I'll review the details you've provided and check my availability for your date. If your project is a good fit, I'll get back to you to arrange a conversation.

2

2. We'll Talk Through the Details

We'll discuss your event, guests, timeline, creative goals, and the kind of experience you'd like to create. This is also the time to explore different illustration options and answer any questions you may have.

3

3. We'll Create a Plan

Based on your event and objectives, I'll recommend the illustration format, timing, materials, and setup that make the most sense. For larger events, we can also discuss bringing in an assistant or additional illustrators. For brand activations and special projects, we can explore custom artwork, branded paper, calligraphy, or other creative details.

3

4. We'll Confirm the Details

Once we've agreed on the scope, we'll finalize the details of the project, including timing, location, creative direction, and any event-specific requirements.

5

5. I'll Coordinate for Event Day

Before the event, I'll work with you or your event planner to make sure the logistics are clear and everything is ready for a smooth experience.

6

6. I'll Bring It to Life

On event day, I'll arrive prepared and work naturally within the flow of your event. Whether I'm creating quick sketches for a busy activation or detailed illustrations for a smaller gathering, the goal is for the experience to feel seamless, engaging, and special. Your guests get to watch the artwork come to life, and they leave with something original to remember the occasion by.
